If Kats fights Khan and loses, his career will be in trouble - possibly worse than Diaz's status after losing to Malignaggi. He'll have to march back up the ladder in the LW division. He worked hard to get where he's at right now and I'd hate for him to be matched up against a bigger and stronger guy just for a decent payday. He can be THE guy at LW if he waits for the Diaz-Marquez winner and wins that fight. He shouldnt pass up that glory.

NO if he fights at JW, it will in no way affect his status in the LW division.....it was like when Marquez fought floyd and got demolished, but he still stayed the LW champ

Even though Katsidis has hinted (or possibly stated) that he doesn't want the fight, the team is just looking for a payday. I think this is a mistake if he decides to fight khan. I don't see him winning the fight except by a KO punchers chance. I'll put all my points on khan for points. I even think khan can TKO him in late rounds at this stage. If Khan does win, then this will boost his status in the UK for simply beating the man who other British fighters could not. If people think he's gonna cut the ring often i highly doubt it. The gameplan will defo be tto utilize Khans jab..

I would love to see Katsidis beat Khan, Khan has a dreadfull chin so even though Khan will outbox Katsidis, Khan could get knocked out at any point imo.
