USADA is a joke. NONE OF OUR NBA stars were subjected to blood-testing when they competed in the 2008 Olympics. That is a fact. Anybody here of sound mind, tell me otherwise.
They were tested, it's on USADA's website. Kobe tested 3x

Well I don't know about the 2008 olympics, but the NBA stars DEMANDED that there shouldn't be any testing at all for them or else they wouldn't participate in the games before their first games (2000?).

It CAN apply to courts as well as street police situations. Either way,it applies to the ones enforcing the law.

I noticed you keep dodging my question....
what good comes out of refusal for these "champs"?

The answer is simple-nothing good comes out of it,in fact only negativity comes from it.It isn't "being bullied"-think about it-how can you people say it is "ducking" a fight while simultaneously being "bullied" as you may suggest?

BTW-you claim I must know nothing of the way the law works in America, because I am in Sydney (even though I lived many years in the States),then you earlier said you are Ukrainian... do you live in the States yourself? If so,then how long have you lived there and what people have you known that are representing law enforcement or are lawyers-because I have known both.

You said it!! The USADA is ****!! With that being said, for Mayweather to pull the USADA card because "he wants to fight on an even playing field" is bull****. Even though they say it's random testing, their actions say otherwise. All these fighters need to keep their mouth because no one is paying to hear them talk. I want to see good fights not a ****in political debate.

Instead of having to resort to swan diving out of the ring, Kermit Cintron should have just asked Paul Williams for OST.
