I stand corrected.

In that case your being detained until enough evidence can be put toghter to charge you, if there isnt evidence you get realised....but your not convicted in that case, i mean they cant put a jury at a crime scene to decide guilt.
Your talking about a situation were a person accuses another person of a crime. In that case the cop decides if the accuser given him enough evidense to take the suspect in.....Plus the "hunch" is for an officer to search a person or pull them over, not a hunch from a civilion
Again-what good comes out of refusal?????Comment

I give the fighters the benifit of the doubtComment

The police only need a meager "hunch", su****ion and circumstances to hold you in jail. They can only hold you for so long until either enough evidence is gathered, and if they don't have enough-they will choose to have you remain at suspect status and let you out of jail.
Innocent until proven guilty is a slogan more than anything else.
You do not have to be proven GUILTY to be arrested, but you have to prove your innocence to be found NOT GUILTY.Make sense?
Again-what good comes out of this for Wlad,Manny, etc by refusing OST testing?????
At this stage, it is just a discussion point regarding one of the terms proposed by one of the fighters. There is no indication at all that this will prevent the fight from being signed.
So what, that Klitschko said no to 50%, or no to the venue, or no to the ring size, or no to wearing pink shorts, or no to WADA testing.
As long as they move on and get the fight signed, then I don't have a problem.
But..... if Povetkin digs his heels in, and refuses to sign the contract unless it includes full WADA testing, and it becomes the show-stopper that prevents this fight from getting signed..... ummmm..... then I got a problem.
The thought had never occured to me that Wlad, or Vitali, or Haye Chambers Povetkin, nor any other other Heavyweight..... had ever taken, or currently is taking, steroids.
But if a fighter was to actually refuse to sign a contract because it included WADA stipulations..... then I've got the right to be su****ious if I choose to be.Comment

USADA is a joke. NONE OF OUR NBA stars were subjected to blood-testing when they competed in the 2008 Olympics. That is a fact. Anybody here of sound mind, tell me otherwise.Comment

Detained isn't exactly what I call a holiday....you lose your freedom until you are released. Is that what "innocent until proven guilty" feels like? Doesn't seem innocent, and at best it sounds like a poor way to reflect the slogan (innocent until proven guilty).
Again-what good comes out of refusal?????
But he was realised because she lied....he wasnt proven innocent or guitly, there just wasnt evidense to convict himComment

Precisely what I was saying, the obvious reason is because USADA, Floyd and Mosley, without our knowledge, already had agreed that no blood testing will be done closer than 18 days before the fight.
