It CAN apply to courts as well as street police situations. Either way,it applies to the ones enforcing the law.
I noticed you keep dodging my question....
what good comes out of refusal for these "champs"?
The answer is simple-nothing good comes out of it,in fact only negativity comes from it.It isn't "being bullied"-think about it-how can you people say it is "ducking" a fight while simultaneously being "bullied" as you may suggest?
Not its time to see if Povetkin is really ducking them, since he either agrees by the current rules or loses his place as the #1 contenderComment

BTW-you claim I must know nothing of the way the law works in America, because I am in Sydney (even though I lived many years in the States),then you earlier said you are Ukrainian... do you live in the States yourself? If so,then how long have you lived there and what people have you known that are representing law enforcement or are lawyers-because I have known both.Comment

Arum is a SOB who had a history (not recently, though) of making-up stories at times to suit his agenda. But he said this matter-of-factly to the media when he questioned why Pacquiao should undergo Olympic-style USADA testing (when the Team USA did not) during the failed negotiations for Pacquiao-Mayweather. That no one among the media (anyone here knows of one?) so much as raised a dissenting opinion to Arum's statement (there was not a single article on the internet discussing that one when it was a very serious accusation), tells us that he was telling the truth. Hell, not even that a**hole Travis Tygart of USADA-who were supposed to conduct the tests- said anything to contradict Arum's claim. Obviously, what Arum said was true.Comment

Yep just like your mama with her oversized clit. Looked like a baby ****. You brits are a dumb ass. I would be willing to bet the gaye maker would be more apt to take roids. Think about it man, who wants to be poked and bothered with this ****. They are already submitted to drug tests from sanctioning bodys who catch people quit often with ped's. See you dumb assed should know you are being played by mayweather for publicity and to dodge. Dont matter to me but if i were wlad i would tell them to f--ck off. Sorry but the Champ makes the rulsComment

the german newspapers are picking you apart!
listen to the lackey excuses your buttboys

and just because you and vitali admitted to taking roids years ago should have nothing to do with this.Last edited by STEELHEAD; 05-27-2010, 04:53 AM.Comment

Innocent until proven guilty is an idealistic slogan at best over there. If you have the means,it can still just be a possibility.
Australian law is extremely similar to American law, except for some laws with driving,etc...in fact, over here we have adopted American policies in quite a few facets of industries ranging from insurance (compensation claims, percentage/scale damage) to hospitality industries (HACCP)...Comment
