What fighters would be a good tune-up for Dawson at 168 to get adjusted to the weight? Do you think Curtis Stevens or Brinkley fit that category since neither fighter is highly skillful. Sorry to take a hit at those fighters..

Its alot of weight to cut if on FN he is coming in over 190, I would rather him try his hand at CW if he can't make any $$$ at 175.

Still whats at CW really Cunningham and Huck, its the same position really, Chad is Froched if someone doesn't move up.

I agree. I expect Cloud to struggle badly with Johnson, even at this point.

I honestly don't see why Chad is throwing this out there....there are plenty for him to do battle with at LHW....B-Hop, Cloud, Pascal, Henry, Erdei....and god forbid...RJJ.....

I don't see Dawson dropping down to 168lbs and still being effective (drained).....if anything...have the SMW guys come up....Chad has the juice and recognition for that practical request.

See the problem here, is B-hop doesn't seem to want to fight him and why would he? high risk/low reward..... Erdie may be retiring from what I have read and even if he wasn't I doubt he would step in the ring with Dawson.

Who is Henry? a guy who got beat by a guy who got stopped by a guy Chad gave a boxing lesson too.

Hopkins - no way he will fight Dawson at this point, has even said as much

Cloud - as discussed, only real fight for Dawson and I'm not sure how much of a fight he would be

Pascal - Chad is fighting him next

Henry and Erdei - pretty ordinary when these two are listed as "top contenders" for the best guy in the division

Roy Jones - I honestly hope that is some kind of joke.

Most SMWs don't come into fights at over 190 and look very lean still, he can say what he wants but the scale tells a different story.

He is a LHW anyway you look at it.
