But if you’re thinking that concession will lead to Mayweather vs. Pacquiao on Nov. 13, slow down. There is a big difference between what Pacquiao told Giongco he’d agree to and what Mayweather and Mosley did, said Travis Tygart, the chief executive officer of USADA.

“That totally misses the point,” Tygart said of the reaction some may have upon hearing of Pacquiao’s concession and the timing of Mayweather’s last blood test. “If you know you aren’t going to be tested within the last 14 days, you can cheat and get away with it. It is our right to test at any time, 30 days before the fight, 20 days before, the week of, the morning of – that provides the deterrent. If you block out a period of time and say we can’t test during that period, then an athlete could cheat and get away with it.”

Are you going to ignore this? Like you have the whole thread.
Excellent point. Iv'e lost count of how many times that has had to be posted, Some people just dont get it. USADA didnt take blood 18 days before the fight but neither fighter knew that would be the case, Neither did they know the dates when their blood and urine would be taken. That makes it random.

If you have pre-arranged dates for the tests or a known cut-off point where the fighter knows he wont be tested (this is what Pacquiao wants), Then the fighter will be able to cheat and get away with it because he knows there wont be a test during that period of time.

Then why would Mayweather even agree to a 14 day cut off if USADA has the right to test anytime they want? Even with their reason, why would USADA risk of no blood testing within those 18 days?

According to Leonard Ellerbe, Mayweather and Mosley agreed to random test dates - as he said, “Random is random. It could be at any time.” If that was true for Mayweather and Mosley then it just so happened that the last blood draw was 18 days prior to the fight. However Yahoo Sports is reporting that the 18 day cut off was an “agreed” upon number beforehand. So which one was it - an 18 day cut off or was it random? Read on for more…

Stay on topic please, you made a statement that you said you would not go back on, I showed you that you are wrong. Do you acknowledge that?

You should know by now that the Pac worshippers on this message board are not bright enough to see anything other than what they want to see. To ask them to look beyond that is the equivalent of asking a first grader to explain the Theory of Relativity.

Just because he did agreed to it, doesn't mean that USADA would have accepted it had Manny agreed.
