Where did i acknowledge i was wrong? Where? Did USADA or NSAC ever made a statement that there was no agreemen? Like you said that you would only believe it if USADA would say there was an agreement. Well, i would only believe it also if NSAC, USADA, or the souce of the story(K. Iole) said there was no agreement on the final blodd test.
If i am wrong, then i would make an apology thread and you guys can ridicule me all you want. At least i know when i am wrong, until proven of course by reliable source.Comment

The paragraph that you cite is the part that was written by the writer of the article. It is not a fact. It is not a statement from an official person. It can and is misleading. If you read all the bull**** posted on this site by Ronnie Nathanielz, you should know that. Anybody can write a paragraph and make it sound how they want. The part that proves that your opinion is inaccurate is the actual quote from the president of the USADA. Only a fool would not see what Tygart is saying about the random testing for the Mayweather/Mosley fight.Comment

Saw there was an agreement on a cut off day for blood testing. Or was Kevin Iole misrepresented the facts.Comment

But if you’re thinking that concession will lead to Mayweather vs. Pacquiao on Nov. 13, slow down. There is a big difference between what Pacquiao told Giongco he’d agree to and what Mayweather and Mosley did, said Travis Tygart, the chief executive officer of USADA.
“That totally misses the point,” Tygart said of the reaction some may have upon hearing of Pacquiao’s concession and the timing of Mayweather’s last blood test. “If you know you aren’t going to be tested within the last 14 days, you can cheat and get away with it. It is our right to test at any time, 30 days before the fight, 20 days before, the week of, the morning of – that provides the deterrent. If you block out a period of time and say we can’t test during that period, then an athlete could cheat and get away with it.”
Mayweather and Mosley were tested outside a 14-day window, just as Manny Pacquiao demanded in failed dealings.
He is Explaining that there was no Cut off date. He had the right to test when he wanted.Comment

The United States Anti-Doping Agency confirmed Friday that the final blood sample taken from Shane Mosley was April 12 and the final one taken from Floyd Mayweather was April 13 as part of their agreement to undergo random, Olympic-style testing prior to their May 1 welterweight boxing match in Las Vegas.Comment
