With the release of the USADA testing schedule for Mayweather-Mosely released, do you think it helps or hurts negotiations?Mayweather gave blood and urine on March 22, April 1, April 13 and then May 1 after the fight. Mosley gave blood and urine on March 23, March 31, April 12 and then May 1 after the fight.

I dont think it makes one iota of difference because the point is USADA could have taken blood two days before, five days before, one day before and didn't. There was no cutoff. It was random, which means random. They just happen to cut it off around 18 days out. Doesn't mean they'd do the same or not do the same for a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight.

It just so happned Mayweather and Mosley weren't tested within those 18 days. The more reason Pacquiao should accept the full.

Look, if USADA,NSAC, or any reliable source said there was no agreement on the final date of the blood test, then i would say i am wrong. But for now i will stand by my statement.

There was No cut off date implemented by the fighters. When the test stops or continues is at the discretion of USADA not the fighter. Get it?

They never had an agreement and they never had a cut off.

Then tell me what where there bases for not taking any further blood testing when clearly Mosley was a former cheater. 18days, anyone could have cheated if they took a calculated gamble and be considered clean in the end. For crying out loud did they even have any blood testing after the fight? They didn't prove anything with their stunt act but only raises questions and su****ion on the integrity of the USADA agency. We will not know until it is to late if there is blood drawn close to the fight around the time they are starving and dehydrating themselves will have an bad effects on the performance of a fighter compare to those who a cut of of around 18days

Millionaire Mayweather's have ties with the USADA who's first priority is to protect the interest of the American athletes who in turn has ties with WADA. So all these being said what guarantee can they offer Pac that they will not favor one fighter to the other?

Address This (Cause it ****s on your statement):

But if you’re thinking that concession will lead to Mayweather vs. Pacquiao on Nov. 13, slow down. There is a big difference between what Pacquiao told Giongco he’d agree to and what Mayweather and Mosley did, said Travis Tygart, the chief executive officer of USADA.

“That totally misses the point,” Tygart said of the reaction some may have upon hearing of Pacquiao’s concession and the timing of Mayweather’s last blood test. “If you know you aren’t going to be tested within the last 14 days, you can cheat and get away with it. It is our right to test at any time, 30 days before the fight, 20 days before, the week of, the morning of – that provides the deterrent. If you block out a period of time and say we can’t test during that period, then an athlete could cheat and get away with it.”

Mayweather and Mosley were tested outside a 14-day window, just as Manny Pacquiao demanded in failed dealings.

Are you going to ignore this? Like you have the whole thread.
