An Agreement of Cut Off Day on Mayweather-Mosley On OST

The United States Anti-Doping Agency confirmed Friday that the final blood sample taken from Shane Mosley was April 12 and the final one taken from Floyd Mayweather was April 13 as part of their agreement to undergo random, Olympic-style testing prior to their May 1 welterweight boxing match in Las Vegas.
Mayweather and Mosley were tested outside a 14-day window, just as Manny Pacquiao demanded in failed dealings.

Saw there was an agreement on a cut off day for blood testing. Or was Kevin Iole misrepresented the facts.

of course there was an agreement.
Common, it can't be just a coincidence that there were no blood drawn on both fighters 18 days prior to the fight.
      There was an agreement.

It was the final blood testing, so it is for blood, not urine. They did urine testing after the final blood test and after the fight.

I expected blood test a few days before the fight. 18 days to take a HGH that cannot be trace by urine test.

You guys need to read the rest of the sentence. It's their agreement to undergo random testing. Not their agreement to cut off the testing.

if mosley/floyd's cut off day was 18, then 14 should be more than enough for pac/floyd.

                    Come on,

You couldn't read that? There was no cutoff.

It just so happned Mayweather and Mosley weren't tested within those 18 days. The more reason Pacquiao should accept the full.
