Hmmm...this is a boxing forum. You ask people whats the hardest/toughest sport. I wonder how most will answer.
Boxing and wrestling are the hardest.
American football isn't even in the top 10. **** that weak ****. All those pads? Come on, ***** ass football players. All that playing grab ass on the field isn't cool either. Rugby is much tougher. No pads and its harder to advance up the field. You don't just lob the ball forward and let someone catch it. Damn, that's too easy.
marathons aren't so bad. any cross country runner will tell you its really not THAT hard. In running, you get to a point where you feel like you can just keep on running and running and running. Its getting used to those first few miles that's hard for most people.
Boxers do roadwork. Then they spar in the ring for 10-12 rounds at a time, sometimes even more. Running, you get in a rhythm and its the same basic thing. Boxing, you're punching and being punched. Definitely more physically draining overall.
wrestling would have to be difficult as hell too. That's keeping your muscles completely tensed and on edge for 6 minutes straight, then of course straining and thinking strategy and ****.
haha, well all he needs to do is get a Gatti-style extreme makeover and he'll be as a good as new .
What was the name of that guy that had his ear knocked off by Margarito? Lujuan? He didn't look so good either.
Margarito literally boxed his ear off, that was insane. Lujan wasnt much but he showed heart for boxing while it was flapping, that had to be painful. They kept showing it on espn2 on slow mo instant replay, with comments like "OH MY GOD IT IS WIGGLING" it was hilarious lol.
The Tour de France is the hardest sporting event in the world. Riding near to or over 100 miles a day for 3 weeks non stop, with a week in the mountains. Some of the cols in the alps and pyranees go well over 20km with an average gradient of about 12%. Try just riding 10 miles a day for 3 weeks and you'll find it isn't easy. By the way, last week i rode up the Tourmalet in the Pyranees which is 22km, it took 1 hr 30 mins.

It's easy if there isnt a lot of hills and you can do alot of coasting.
I dont think 10 miles a day wouldnt be hard in the city but the type of crap they do, I wouldnt last a mile.
The Ironman Triathalon is the single most grueling "sport" their is. These people push their bodies to incredible lenghts.....yes boxing is hard, it's never fun getting hit but every now and again you can have an easy night in the ring. There has never been an easy Ironman competition.
