I think Manny should just take the tests. I also am not going to pretend I know his full reasons for not wanting them. Its just that people expect Manny to just take the tests when its not beneficial to him in any way. There is much more upside for Floyd if he drops the test than there is for Manny accepting them. Floyd drops the testing and beats Pac like everyone expects, he beat the 2nd best fighter of his generation while that fighter was possibly doping. Manny accepts and loses like everyone expects he lost because he couldn't dope and all his previous wins are still in question. I for one can understand that as a legitimate reason for not taking the test whether thats his reasoning or not, and if he honestly believes it will weaken in him in anyway why would he risk that when hes probably going to get beat anyway?

Ehh, you try to sound neutral but your partiality isn't hard to recognize. You say that there is much more upside for Mayweather to drop the tests than there is for Pacquiao to take them, but common sense says that it's the exact opposite. There is much more upside for Pacquiao to take the tests, assuming he's clean(If he's dirty then **** him, he's a cheater who should be banned from the ring). You said it yourself, Mayweather is expected to beat Pacquiao. Pacquiao would go in the ring as an underdog against a guy who has watched him fight and thinks that he's so good that he's taking PEDs. Even if he took the tests and lost the fight(as expected), he'd still be looked at with great respect. If he won, he'd be looked at as the greatest boxer of his era by a lot of people. Not to mention he'd be collecting $30-40 million as a cherry on top(with a guarantee to make just as much if not more in the rematch).

Mayweathjer gains little by beating Pacquiao but another huge payday. People here avoid the truth like it's the plague. If he outboxes Pacquiao then it's simply on to the next guy for his critics.

I've been thinking the same **** all week..it's funny because Floyd made it clear that there would be no negotiations when it came to the test. I think Pac's team are just trying to make it look like they are willing to compromise, thus if the fight does not get made the blame won't go on them. Come on bro...

why would Manny accept the test back then? Roach had made it clear that he didn't want to fight May so early, thus I think they needed time to prepare for May.

I hope Pac takes the test, but I will not be angry at him if he didn't. After all it is not his fault that he is a beastly fighter, and that May is intimidated by his beastliness, thus Mayweather is ducking him...
