    Reasonable doubt....PEDs

    1. His trainer is known to train fighters while "knowing" they are juiced (fact)..
    2. His strength coach "Manny has no idea what he takes" (fact)..
    3. He has gained double the stamina in just one years time. (Fact)..
    4. He refuses to comply with FULL RANDOM blood and urine testing. (Fact)
    5. He was very good in the lower weights, pushed when faced with elites, rocked/wobbled in a number of lower weight matches. But has not been rocked/wobbled/hurt by bigger stronger men in the upper weight div. And has even allowed one of the hardest body punchers at 147 to freely go to his body, while up against the ropes. He's been knocked out by a body shot before. (Fact)

His promoter, while promoting Oscar early is now asking Oscar to sign a release waiver. A waiver that will unseal test results from his past fights. The promoter is quoted as saying "I know when it happend and how many times"
Question: if he knew, then why did he allow it? If he knew then and allowed it, who's to say he's not doing the same thing with his current cash cow?

If any of what I've put out is false then let me know. There is so much reasonable doubt here, and most if not all fair jurys would raise a brow to these facts.

I'm not sure if you know how reasonable doubt works - but its to protect the defendant. As in if there is a reasonable doubt he is innocent, he is innocent.

Reasonable doubt can be used on both sides.

I'm using it in a manner to show why I have a reasonable doubt that Mannys rise can be questioned. Too many suspect facts. Can't deny the facts unless you just don't wanna believe um.

so what if roach once trained a fighter who used peds...for example toney? are you trying to say roach forcefully shoved the peds up toney's ass? using peds is a fighter's personal decision not the trainer. all this roach has history of peds is just a dumb speculation by dumb people.

The only point that I would say isn't purely factual is point #3. Otherwise, good job of laying out why a reasonable person thinks that there is at least the possibility that he's using PEDs.
