I almost mentioned Augustus. At the point in their careers, Pac would have been hard pressed to be Emmanuel. EA was a beast.

Manny would have possibly taken an L to one of Angel Manfredy or Genaro Hernandez.

He would have been have KO'd by Diego Corrales.

He would have taken a KO loss to Jose Luis Castillo in one of the two bouts.

He would have taken an L to Phillip N'dou in my opinion.

He would have lost to Oscar De La Hoya or Shane Mosely, and possibly even both.

he loses to 154 delahoya, he beats zab judah im mostly positive on that but sometimes zabs focused so you never know, he might lose to baldomir but if he wins it aint by ko but by split decision, oh my god i would pay 5000$ to see manny vs gatti (RIP) i wont say who wins because i just day dream about that fight, chop chop could beat him but pac probably wins, corrales might whip him at 135, i think pac beats castillo but its competitive, those are the only fights that come to mind we know what happens to ricky

If you assume that the young, amateur, version of Floyd is fighting those fights rather than the older pro version then he wouldn't be weight drained and would probably have a good chance of winning any of those fights.

Even if you go by age, Manny in his early 20's(when Floyd was at 130 and 135) was still looking pretty vulnerable. When Manny was 20-26 he was KOed by Singsurat, got a 6-round technical draw against Agapito Sanches, drew against Juan Manuel Marquez, and lost to Erik Morales. During that stretch he only beat 1 P4P top 10 quality opponent (Barrera).

While Floyd was at 130-135, he fought 2 P4P top 10 quality opponents (Corrales and Castillo(x2)), another guy who was close to P4P level (Genaro Hernandez), and about 10 more guys who were all at least good enough to be called serious contenders. If an early 20's Pacquiao had to fight through those opponents, he would probably lose ~1-3 fights.
            Damn good post...

I just want to say amateurs and pro's are two different things. Floyd benefited tremendously from being an amateur standout. You take that away from him who knows if he still as good as he is now.

And, I would also say P4P Barrera and JMM were better than Castillo, Corrales, and Chicanito.

Is Medgoen Singsurat a better fighter than Angel Manfredy?

Before his fight with Mayweather, Phillip N'Dou had a single loss, and he was outboxing his opponent in that fight before being caught with a right hand.

Phillip N'Dou would have been a tough fight for Manny.

Really? That is the example you're giving?

What is Ndou best win? Is it possible that his record was padded? And, where was Ndou ranked at 135 again?
