This is why I always say Judah along with Oscar. Are the two most overrated fighters in the last 10 years.
You want to throw in Larios but I could say Judah got out hustled by Baldomir. Could Pac not do the same?
Judah is not KO'ing Pac early. Pac is not Cosme Rivera. And, if Judah could not KO Pac early how the hell is he going to keep him off of him without crumbling under the pressure?Comment

The point of the comparison is this. If Pacquiao proved himself vulnerable against Singurat, it isn't extremely far fetched to assume Manfredy could have given Manny a tough fight. Is it fair to say that he was weight drained since Singsurat?
Who did you think was better Singsarut or Sasakul?
He fought Sasakul a year earlier before Singsurat. And, I think Sasakul was in 98 also.
I just having a hard time understanding that comparison. Not taking into account the variables.
Or are you saying that Manfreddy would beat a weight-drained Pac? If so then yes I agree.
We would have to disagree about Ndou because I don't know what made him decent enough to give Pac problems. I just don't know. And, I am serious wondering if you would be saying this exact thing if Floyd never fought him.
Other guys on Floyd resume like Jesus Chavez and Victoriano Sosa would give Pac more problems then Ndou would.
The Ndou comment just got me by surprise. Not in a million years did I think somebody would say Ndou could beat Pac. But we would just agree to disagree.
Sasakul is better than Singurat, but to my knowledge, Sasakul doesn't have a "great win", and he's been boxing since 91.
Ok. Agree to disagree. Btw, Just because I mentioned N'duo as a possibility, that doesn't mean he'd automatically win.Comment

Weren't we going by age though? That would mean that the version of Pacquiao facing Judah is basically the same version that shredded De La Hoya. Judah was stopped by Cotto and looked like he was close to being stopped by Mayweather when he bought extra time to recover by fouling with that low blow. Pacquiao is more offensive-minded than Mayweather, so it is reasonable to think that he would stop Judah.Comment

Out work him, out hustle him out everything.
I honesty don't understand the whole Judah thing. And, is not about Pac. Is about every fight around this time. The man just flashy that is it.
He did not have the mental strength to fuck with Pac.Comment

No. Why would I assume that given the fact that he's never been stopped? And JMM and Pacquiao are both small men, neither of them would come into the fight at 147. They'd both come into the ring from somewhere between 140-145.Comment

the *******s for some reason are taking this thread to mean PRIME Pac (i.e. Pac now going through all of Floyd's opponents. That's not how you do it. You have to take into consideration the relative skill level of Pac at each stage of the game. For example, let's say Castillo was Floyd's roughly 20-25th fight (I can't remember exactly). Pac was still getting brutally KTFO in like his 30 some odd fight by Torrecampo. Pac at that time ****** ass and was one dimensional as hell. That means Castillo would have annihilated that Pac easily in like 3 rounds or less. That also means that other guys around that time like Corrales would have annihilated Pac as well. So Pac would acquire at least 5 early losses if he lost to guys like Torrecampo and whoever the other no name KTFO him early in his career.
Then by the time Pac starts hitting his stride and facing the latter part of Floyd's resume like Gatti, Judah, Baldomir, Hatton etc Pac would be KTFO'ing them all but he'd get KO'd by the 154lbs Oscar that Floyd fought unless he drained him again like he did in his own fight. This is a classic post

Personally, I've always been high on Judah. He had all the potential in the world, and should have turned out to be much greater than he is. Lacked the heart and dedication though. That aside, he was still a good fighter in 06.Comment
