You have to give it to Mayweather. He is technically far superior to anyone out there at the moment as well as in the last 20 years with the exception of Joe Calzaghe.

Who did Floyd fight that was better than Roy? Wins over Hopkins and Toney trump wins over Corrales and Castillo, wins over Virgil Hill, Reggie Johnson, Montell Griffin are at least on par to DLH, Judah and Gatti. A win over a one loss Tarver in the first fight is at least on par with beating a Mosley who was troubled against a shot Mayorga 2 years ago. And becoming the first man to move from MW to HW and win a title in over 100 years is impressive regardless of who he beat. And Floyd hasnt even made to the age or the number of fights Roy had when he first got KOd so how is that even a factor?

Floyd dominated thoose 3, who imo are more superior skillwise(also resume) than the other 3.

Jones vs. Hill: Roy did good(looked good) against a 34 year old Hill who allready lost to Darius Michalziewski(??) and broke one of his ribs or something... The commentators thought so at least. dunno for sure. Nice... but still

Jones vs Johnson: Havent seen that fight... But then again who the fck is Reggie Jonhson??

Jones vs Griffin: Struggled in the first fight(and even lost) gotta give him he did beautifully in the second though...

But still not even close to on par with wins over DLH while moving up, Judah close to prime and a complete domination of Arturo gatti, who btw should never be lined up versus Montell Grffin like that ever again... Wasnt he that chump that fell over the ropes???

floyd will be greater all time than roy---people say roy was the most gifted fighter they've ever seen---and i always considered floy greater---floyd always holds compubox records against top competition----he hasn't lost, never been knocked down officially---has broken ppv records, was p4p longer than roy---

RJJ up to beating Ruiz is better than Floyd. When RJJ beat Ruiz, boxing mags were seriously debating RJJ as the greatest boxer ever. They dont do that for Floyd. Only floyd has said it.

After beating Ruiz people were wondering if RJJ could beat Lennox Lewis. Now PBF wont even step up divisions and fight the weak champs in the higher divisions now.
He could win, but is not taking any risks.
