This is ******.. Mayweather always wanted a 14 day cutoff. Pac orginally wanted 30 day cutoff and now will settle for 24 days.

Next time the public wont be so forgiving.

Floyd can go on ahead and fight Martinez or Williams while Manny can sit around at WW fighting nobodies. Last night, Floyd proved he doesn't need Manny to make a 40 million dollar pay day, and there's talk that last night could possibly bring in the biggest ever. So whatever, let Pac sit around and play his games, I've moved on.

Btw, I think it's pretty funny that suddenly 14 days is good enough when Floyd offered 14 days in the last negotiations and Manny walked away. Ironic to say the least.
Sorry buddy, maybe you forgot that pacquiao already have the fighter of the decade award. But floyd could still do it in the next 2010-2019.

So in other words, you *****s dont want the fight to happen. Pac already said that he will take the 14 day cutoff as what Floyd wanted in the first place. So now you want Floyd to make new demand that will cause the fight to be even more difficult to make.

I think if Floyd doesnt want this then I guess he doesnt really want the fight to happen. They should just move on to other fighters. Its not like Pac has no other options of his own..

How many $20 million paydays has that "Fighter of the Decade" award earned Pac?

lolz that's funny, I can understand Floyd to play hardball, he is the MAN in his own right, but for fans who want to see this fight happen to play hardball as well, it seems that they don't want this and go another route ...

The fighter of the decade award is meaningless, it isn't representative of an era, and it certainly doesn't mirror who is and isn't the greatest.

For example, RJJ won the award in the 90's, yet Sweat Pea is considered to be the greater of the two fighters.

Fans are not playing hardball. We are simply saying that we understand why Floyd would because we would too if we were in his position. And, whether they want to admit it or not, Pac and his fans would also play hardball if they were in Floyd's position.

When was this? When did he offer a 14 day cutoff?

On the front page it says he still wants 24 days.

I have my doubts that Mayweather will stay with the 50/50 split he had previously agreed to. I'm sure his fight with Mosley sold more than Pac's fight with Clottey, therefore, making Mayweather the bigger draw and deserving a bigger part of the pie (at least in his eyes).
