Say what you wish, Floyd's ducking Manny, Manny shouldn't take the test, whatever. Doesn't matter anymore, Floyd's solidified his position as this eras best, and there isn't much Manny can do about it at this point. He had his chance to take the test, and he declined. Next time the public wont be so forgiving.
Floyd can go on ahead and fight Martinez or Williams while Manny can sit around at WW fighting nobodies. Last night, Floyd proved he doesn't need Manny to make a 40 million dollar pay day, and there's talk that last night could possibly bring in the biggest ever. So whatever, let Pac sit around and play his games, I've moved on.
Btw, I think it's pretty funny that suddenly 14 days is good enough when Floyd offered 14 days in the last negotiations and Manny walked away. Ironic to say the least.

After all, isn't that Pacquiao's reasoning when it came to demanding more money than Hatton and Cotto??? Manny's stance was that he calls the shots because he is a bigger draw/name,etc....this time in negotiations-he is NOT the bigger draw, and he is having trouble cashing in on his name with his own demands....ppv numbers do not lie-I guarantee that Floyd's fight with Shane beats Manny's biggest ppv hands down.
The ball is in Manny's court-does he kneel before the same rules he has used by claiming a right to the requests and purse split over being a bigger draw,or does he find more outlandish excuses that have been proven time and again to be false?

If Floyd is adamant about his demands about random blood testing up to the day of the fight and that Pacquiao should be getting less of the purse. This fight is as good as dead. Drive it up Arum's ass and bury it 6 feet under.
So who's ducking? a man who is not willing to compromise or the other who's trying to renegotiate in order to make the fight?
Negotiations are at a standstill. It's up to Floyd to keep the ball rolling

You watch-the very same people who have accused Floyd of ducking Manny, will eventually have to resort to saying BOB ARUM,Manny's promoter, is the problem, not Floyd.lol
When drug testing is a problem,it really makes you wonder... the problem is not drug testing,it is the fighters refusal towards it.

A 5 to 14 day cut-off for random blood testing should be sufficient.
Manny claims he feels weak when blood is drawn from him, that's the excuse he gave when he lost Morales. He got his blood drawn 2 days prior to the fight. That's hes opinion/ superstition. It affects him psychologically and albeit not physically.
So, to remove the excuse that drawing out blood nearing the fight makes him weak. A window of 5-14 days should be enough reason for Floyd to reconsider his position. If Floyd won't budge. Mayweather vs. Pacquiao would still remain as the fantasy fight that should have happened but never did
