Bruno decent fighter, but who did he ever beat? Tua another guy with alot of talent like Bruno, but besides Ruiz and Rahman who did he ever beat? Tucker decent fighter. Ruddock decent fighter. Ellis and Quarry are a hell lot better than Ruddock, Briggs, Bruno, Tucker, Golota, though.

Oscar Bonavena I think is HOF
Bob Foster I think is HOF
    Ellis I think is HOF
    Quarry I think is HOF

??? No actually none of those guys are HOF material. Seriously I think you'd vote in Mickey Ward if you had the chance.

I think the guys you named are NO better than a Tua, Mercer, or Golota. Quarry was the best fighter of that bunch you named but he wasn't much better than a fighter like Ray Mercer.

Did it ever occur to you that Danny Williams knocked out (an injured) Tyson AFTER Lewis beat on him for 8 rounds?

Also, Holyfield was not completely shot at 37, he was a very viable Heavyweight. He beat Ruiz in his next fight, and beat Rahman a few years later.

Golota is aparently a marvel according to you, and Lewis bombed him out with ease.

Mercer narrowly lost to Lewis, Bonevenna narrowly lost to Frazier (nearly KO'ing him and dropping himtwice).

Your acting like your opinion of Ellis, Bonevenna and Quarry is Gosple.

Its a toss up. I say they're no better than Mercer, Tua, Golota etc.

      Completey a matter of opinion.

I am not saying I think they are HOF. I am saying I am pretty sure they "ARE" (as of now) HOF fighters.

After loosing to Lewis. What did Holyfield accomplish? He narrowly beat Ruiz once. He had a draw with Ruiz. He lost to Ruiz. He got murdered by Toney. He lost to Donald.

nope this is directly after the Lewis fight.

Holyfield post Lewis record to be comprehensive about it

                      John Ruiz W UD 114-113 114-113 116-12
                      John Ruiz L UD 110-116 111-115 111-114
                      John Ruiz Draw
                      Hasim Rahman W TD
                      Chris Byrd L UD
                      James Toney L TKO 9
                      Larry Donald L UD

The fact Holyfield in this stage of his carrer won a technical descison against Rahman makes Lewis look even worse, Since of course Lewis was dropped like a bad habit by Rahman.
