Show me where he moved from a position of three blood tests, two with specific dates and one occurring within a cut-off date.Comment

See what I meant? These idiots are no longer interested in the fight. This particular idiot is definitely just grandstanding. He says there shouldn't be any cutoff. Can you imagine that? This idiot forgot that Pac agreed to be tested right after the fight.
Naah. I don't think these are the kinds of people you want to have a debate with. This one is a worthless piece of ****. This ain't worth anybody's time.
No cutoffs, eh? LOL. Hahaha. I feel sorry for this guy. This guy is living with hatred.
listen well to the wise words of JQ lolComment

Read the entire article and you will clearly see that Pac states that he has agreed to random testing, with his only request being a cut-off date.

“It may very well be that if Mayweather beats Mosley, [he] may be emboldened to face Manny Pacquiao, and therefore more reasonable in negotiations,” Arum told boxing.fanhouse.com.Comment

What people like you fail to realize is that Floyd didn't create the protocol the USADA uses. So when the USADA says we are taking x amount of blood and urine tests up to the day of the fight, they are following their own orders.
It doesn't strike you as odd that Pacquiao wants a cutoff date?
Or that he wanted a cap on the # of tests he was given?
Or that he was telling the USADA how to do their job yet, "doesn't even know what a steroid is?"Comment

oh so it helps but it does not guarantee a win...and that was against oscar who was already beaten by trinidad & mosley prior to that fight. of course we all know that dela hoya is not even on floyd's level in terms of skills...not even close according to some floyd fans. so how come floyd with godly skills feel threatened by an alleged ped user in pac? or maybe not...he just want to clean the sport of boxing as most of you like to say. how about you, you think pac is a threat to floyd?Comment

Here is a direct quote from article link I've sent you and anyone else can "read" it to verify..."Pacquiao agreed to random drug tests and offered a 24 day cut-off and a test immediately after the fight, which the American boxer rejected, resulting in the collapse of the talks."Comment

And only 3 blood tests, when its clearly suppose to be 3-5.Comment
