They moved away from the 3 tests they initially wanted and said they would accept randomized testing. First of all, lets clarify something about EPO. I'm sick of reading these lies. EPO is hardly detected through urine because it only shows in urine within 24-48 days of use. This is why they take blood tests because if they don't catch you using EPO on a day that you used, it won't show. The blood testing is done for other synthetic versions such as Mircera. Furthermore, blood testing can catch human transfusions as well. And finally, blood testing has caught far more EPO users than urine. Ask yourself why.

So why not commend the "Fraud" for wanting to stop using PEDS like he did in his last 40 fights and implement more stringent testing for him AND his opponent, THEN move forward from there?
