According to his fans, and if he wins by close decision it would be worse according to his fans. I say this because according to his fans Shane Mosley should be easy prey for Floyd, if Mayorga could "outbox" Mosley, there is no reason why Mayweather should have any trouble with Mosley or lose a round against Mosley, all of this according to his fans. They make Mosley sound like a cherry picked opponent, so when/if Floyd wins I don't want to hear anyone say Floyd is the best or **** like that because according to his fans Mosley isn't on Floyd's level so why should he be given credit or celebrate that victory, obviously I know I will see threads adoring Mayweather but it is wishful thinking on my part. Now if Mayweather loses he would have lost to a guy that got supposedly outboxed by Ricardo Mayorga so that would make Mayweather a bum. The point of all this is seriously if you want people to recognize Mayweather for what he is, try not to downplay his opponent, it's getting ridiculous and these are the same people that will later preach about Mayweather's greatness but right now if we let ourselves be lead on with what Mayweather's fans it won't mean much because that was supposed to do. Instead of downplaying Mosley why not try to call the fight as it is which is mostly dead even, so then that way both fighters could be given credit. I for one will give credit to whoever wins but I find ridiculous that those who now downplay Mosley will be preaching Mayweather as the GOAT after the fight.

This is the way it works. The fans of one fighter say they are "know" their guy is gonna beat the other and blah blah blah and then if they win, they claim how great he is. Same thing happened with Cotto vs. his last half dozen opponents.

This is the way it works. The fans of one fighter say they are "know" their guy is gonna beat the other and blah blah blah and then if they win, they claim how great he is. Same thing happened with Cotto vs. his last half dozen opponents.

I understand your confussion and I didn't make myself clear enough, I am stating that if you let yourself be leaded with what Floyd fans state, you shouldn't give credit for the victory because they make Mosley seem like a bum. But in reality without biased views this fight seems like a dead even fight, so either fighter should really be given credit for a win. I am just stating that one shouldn't downplay the opponent of another fighter before a fight and then claim their fighter isn't getting enough credit for a victory after a fight. But basically you explain everything in the second parragraph of your post. JUST TO BE CLEAR I WILL GIVE CREDIT TO THE WINNER OF THIS FIGHT JUST LIKE EVERYONE SHOULD, but Floyd fans don't complain if some people don't give Floyd enough credit when you have spent the last few months making Mosley seem like a bum.

You cant cherry pick the P4P Number 3 who also fights in your own division. Like I asked the TS whats wrong with pointing out holes in Shanes game that Floyd can exploit. I havent heard any body Floyd fan or not call Shane a bum.
