Completely agree, you can poke apart pretty much everyone's wins, bottom line with this fight is that Mayweather is fighting the best welterweight in the world. If he wins, he deserves the credit deserved for beating the best welterweight in the world.

If Floyd beats Shane, he's an ATG in my book. He's always been one skill-wise, but I haven't been overly impressed by him in nearly five years. He's missed out on a lot of opponents. I was stunned he took the Mosley fight and if he wins, I have to give credit where credit is due.

A more credible opponent then Berto, Clottey, Collazo; all the other younger WWs out there. So in short, cut the excuses.

        May the best man win.
it was a sparring session...glorified type!!....so the last time Floyd REALLY had to put in work was in '07.....he'll get props from me IF he can pull a rabbit outta his hat and think and run his way to a win because he won't out fight Shane....thats something he aint built for!!

It's surprising that Floyd's even fighting a live opponent. He hasn't fought a live guy in years.

i find it funny that this happens to be the opinion of every Pac hugging poster on this forum..........even funnier is that they were all of the opinion Floyd would never fight SSM.........hypocritical??

I have yet to see one Pinoy poster talk up Shane at all..........they are all in discredit mode.

Seriously. I wonder if he remembers what it feels like.

He always trains like that. Getting in the ring against a live opponent is another thing altogether.

I predicted he would stop Oscar. I predicted he would stop Hatton. I predict he's going to have loads of trouble against this world class opponent.

Exactly. He knows in his heart that Marquez was a small dude who couldn't hurt him. 'He's a great small man. I'm a great big man. That's the difference.' He must know deep down that Shane is coming to get him on May 1. Floyd better be ready to fight the fight of his life.
