But dude did you see tsyzu's pics afterwards, he had a broken jaw and ****ed up eyes. There was probably blood flowing into his mouth and bones grating against each other everytime he moved. His eyes were badly swollen but probably not serious injury(altho compare to hattons, tsyzu defo has something painful going on).

Abdullaev had a big big eye problem, it swelled up horribly and how is he supposed to know if its just swelling or if there is major damage occuring under the eye that might blind him...

Tyson, I agree with you on-guy has no heart anymore and he just wanted the money, thats very different to the above cases tho imo

If you can't see, your jaw is broken and you can taste blood, there is nothing wrong with throwing in the towel.

Nowadays, on nearly every big fight card, somebody quits. WHAT THE F#@%????? Since when is quitting acceptable? Where's the heart? Courage? Where's the freakin' cojones?

I believe we need to categorize fighters a little more accurately in this new age of boxing. Forget about weight classes, experience level, quality of opposition. There's only 2 things I want to know about fighters now: Are you a WARRIOR, or a QUITTER?

Here's a tentative list, in no particular order.... feel free to add/subtract/modify:

QUITTERS: Tyson, Tszyu, Abdullaev, both Quitschko's, Freitas, Golota

WARRIORS: Gatti, Mayweather, Corrales, JL Castillo, Judah, DeLaHoya, Barrera, Morales, Pacquaio, Winky, Margarito, Johnson, Tarver, Hopkins

Dont forget Tito and Camacho SR and Jr on that list of quitters...

klitchko's never quit, i agree about the others. Boxing has changed alot but is it for the better, that cannot be said. but we still have some fighters that are always willing to give their lives in the ring.

Vitali quit vs. Byrd, Vlad quit vs. Purritty.... & you could make the argument that Vlad quit vs. Sanders, because he tried to turn away and run, vs. fighting back when he was getting smashed up by Corrie's straight left

Maybe because Im Italian and so used to heart and courage.. Camacho in those three fights you mentioned all but quit.. He held Oscar just to survive.. HE DIDNT FIGHT TO WIN.. Thats quitting.. Pazienze never quit, hed give it his all even if he got knocked out.. Do you think Gatti would hold just to survive and lose.. In life you go for it.. In order to win, sometimes you have to give it your all and be willing to fail.. Camacho and his son are both bitches.. the apple doesnt fall far from the tree there.. And Tito..Well, we wont even go there..
