Don't have to be a lawyer to know that this case is bogus and just
a smoke screen. Why would Burstein have to lie if he's telling the
truth? Pacquiao has no case PERIOD.
That's your opinion. If it was fact, Pacquiao's lawyer wouldn't have taken the case. Whether you agree with his opinion or not (and I personally think he will probably turn out to be right) is irrelevant. The point is that the lawyer is biased, so the article is pointless.

You must have been on another planet at that time the negotiations happened if you really believe that. Loads of people were questioning him and implying he was on steroids long before the negotiations broke down.

Besides him stating the obvious, the one thing that stood out is when he said Manny is poorly advised. That is the biggest understatement I've ever heard....

Manny didn't go about it the way an innocent person would've. To make his lawsuit more justifiable he should've put an end to negotiations the minute Mayweather's camp mentioned they wanted O.S.T. But to go back and forth, with all these excuses about being afraid of needles, feeling weak taking blood to close to fight night, changing your initial stance from, "we're not taking any other testing outside of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, to " we'll take random blood test, but not before 30 days before the fight, then down to 24 days, only to have the negotiations break apart over 10 day. Then you file your lawsuit.

Pleeeeeeeeeease. You don't need to pull the wool over my eyes. I know what's going on, and if this was MAYWEATHER we were talking about and not Pacquiao, then every single accomplishment that mayweather achieved would be put under scrutiny, Pacquiao get's a pass because of his fighting style and because most AMERICANS' like him. Not to mention if he's not the greatest who is, THAT IGNORANT ***** WE SEE ON 24/7, throwing wads of money around letting us know financially most of us are not on his level, "OH HELL NO" .

Grustler has a point, and you feel your wrongly accused you proof the person wrong if you can. And in this business, Manny could've executed his own judge and jury when they met in the ring after all this testing **** was done. Yeah your right, the implications were there before negotiations started, however, they would've went away if he would've taking the test and passed, just like i thought he was going to do, then just take it out on floyd come fight night, but the minute O.S.T was mentioned every move that team Pacquaio has made, makes mayweather look justified for asking.

Pacquioa is illiterate and Freddie Roach, Bob Arum are both taking advantage of his ****** azz. Arum is taking 27% from Manny and who knows how much Roach is taking. Everyone knew that you cannot sue anyone for there opinion. Plus they know it's all gonna go away once they want to know information from Ariza and **** roach. It's a dirty shame that Manny is not man enough to come clean an admit it. He's going to look very bad when this is all over.

Does anyone actually believe that he sued because his feelings where hurt?

He sued so he could legitimately "DUCK" only the biggest media hyped fight of the century.

If he would have just taken the test none of that BS would have happened. People need to get used to the "NEW STANDARDS" of testing. Everyone say thank you Floyd Mayweather for helping clean up the sport, which needed a "change".

Again, if this was Pac's idea many people would have the shoe on the other foot. FACT. Man people love to hate. Haters keep up the work, you pay all of Mayweather's bills.

But yes, I agree the case is ****** BUT not Shockingly. It's a straight *****, ***** made move. Fight in the ring, not in court.

No wonder MMA is laughing at boxing! Time for change......
