The grade-school dropout has the completely wrong approach. He should have taken the tests, proved he's clean, whipped floyd's ass (looking as strong/fast as ever) ...and THEN sued.

    But he gave up everything.

The lawsuit in my opinion is really just for the principle that you cannot slander others with no proof. I bet Schaefer and DLH regret jumping into floyds antics during the negotiations.

PAC dropped out of school to help feed his family, You did not know his poverty or circumstances in the PI.
Did floyd ever finish high school, what was his college alma-mater again? He has never worked a day in his life.

Arum is a lawyer .. he should have told Manny that this was a frivolous suit.

true that, the best way to clarify all this was by taking the drug test and go ahead with the fight....if you are not hiding nothing, why drop out the fight? plain and simple.....

                IMHO Burstein is a disgruntled ex-employee ...

some of you are forgetting that GBP has stake on Pacquiao, in specific bouts with GBP fighters they earn from him a percentage ...

is it normal for a co-promoter to imply negatively the "character" of a fighter they promote?

***** move is to duck the best fight of the era just because of a drug test that both fighters were going to take, not just him....

I could sense that Burstein is losing the case! And this is not all about money but the truth! But if it's about money then I think it would be millions involved considering Pac big names!
