Him and a few other guys are trying to say Sal wasn't a great fighter. "Beat a fat Gomez and a green Nelson, thats it" or something along those lines.

I mean, Valero's resume is clearly superior. DeMarco FTW!

      that's 2 ATG's

      Beat Vargas
      Beat Mosley
      Beat Trinidad

      That's HOF'ers

Beat Ike Quartey, Molina, Camacho, Carr, and many other very good fighters.

Who has Judah beat? Spinks? Doesn't even compare
well if u are gonna count controversial losses (mosley and trinidad) u shouldnt count far more controversial wins like quartey and whitaker. and chavez was way past it, i dont think it proves a whole lot.

i do agree with your point though, oscar still beat alot of top fighters. judah beat some good ones and one top fighter in spinks. but he hasnt achieved as much as oscar, not even close.

and its not like he went belt collecting beating several fighters. spinks unified the belts than judah took them all from him with one punch, spinks already beat him once and had they fought a third time i think he wouldve done it again.

just like if u keep fighting top fighters u are bound to lose sooner or later, if u have a good punch and keep fighting top fighters u are bound to get lucky sooner or later.

Oscar won titles in 6 weight classes and beat the likes of Julio Cesar Chavez (Past prime or whatever, He only had one loss at the time which he had avenged),Pernell Whitaker, Hector Camacho, Ike Quartey, Oba Carr, Genaro Hernandez, Fernando Vargas, Javier Castillejo, Ricardo Mayorga. You could argue that he beat Trinidad and Mosley too.

Please dont compare Judah with De La Hoya. Judah would have lost to just about all of the fighters mentioned above. His best wins are against Cory Spinks and Micky Ward. You can't compare Judah with Oscar. It's just a ****** comparison.

Oscar may have lost some big fights, but he was clearly ripped off in 2, and he did beat some other really good fighters.

And plus, Oscar stops Judah at 140 and 147.

Who has Zab Judah beat? Spinks?
Delahoya won against Quartey, Whitaker, Chavez and Mayorga. All better fighters than Judah.

furthermore, Oscar's level of comp was always terrific, he was fighting solid fighters from day one and then quickly built up off that, the guy wasn't spoon fed at all.

Judah didn't lose to the best, he lost to a C level fighter in Carlos Baldomir and got KOed in round 2 against Tszyu.
Zab Judah usually gets stopped against the best: Cotto and Tszyu or take a beating: Floyd.
