I agree. Get out of the way, and let Pwill rematch Martinez.

I like pavlik but he got schooled by much smaller guy coming up in weight. he looked really sloppy and like he didn't have any game plan for a slick moving fighter. think it's time he looks into getting a new trainer. he has good knockout power but it is pretty clear how to beat the guy now.

Pavlik can still make weight, but eventually he will have to move up to at least SMW-which is a problem when you have guys like Andre Ward,Lucien Bute and Andre Dirrell who move very well. The SMW division is deep with talent and Kelly would struggle.

          A Williams-Martinez rematch is where it's at.

Pavlik had a better shot at PWill than Martinez.

Martinez was the worst stylistic matchup for him.

Pwill doesn't move around as much, is open for the huge counter right hand, and will stand infront of you and fight.

              Pavlik>PWill, but Martinez>>>>>> Pavlik.

Also Martinez deserves a rematch with PWill. The loser can fight or rematch Pavlik.

Pavlik has already seen and passed the highest point of his career. There's not much opportunity for advancement unless he rematches and beats Martinez. I think he'll take more of a beating in the rematch though personally.

The non mobile fighters at 168 like Abraham and Froch will bust that ass too...

You could tell he lost the will. His trainer had to convince him to keep fighting.
