Mosley-Mayweather: The Strategy

I think floyd has fought fighters with as much as Mosley. The hard thing is which Mosley will we see. Without going into the BALCO BS, its clear post Dela Hoya that Shane was an extremely different fighter. He got hit more often and he struggled against boxers. DLH almost got him the 2nd fight. Cotto got him late. Winky got him. It just seemed he struggled.

At other weights floyd has fought guys with similiar and greater knockout percentage as shane. If shane's speed is underated so is floyds power. Floyd doesn't have to have 1 punch ko power to beat shane. As for strategy shane could do exactly what zab did. Is shane on may 1 gonna be as fast as zab was when he fough floyd? I don't know.

I also don't know if shane right now is better than castillo or corrales when floyd fought them. Yes he is better than they are career wise but maybe not at this point in his career.

If shane can handle floyd s power(which is underated) and can work the body successfully, he has a great chance to win.

the thing that I cant wait to see is how will shane adapt to not being able to do what he wants to floyd in rounds 3-6.... Also you are gonna notice a huge difference in speed in the beginning and this will more than likely tell how the fight is going to go.... Its up to Mosley to stay focused and adapt to Mayweather when he changes up as well... Even when Floyd is winning a fight he will abruptly change his whole gameplan up.... Its gonna be a good one boys!!

When I watch the Cotto fight. Cotto beat him to the punch alot and looked faster then Mosley. Even the commentators noticed. Floyd will make him slow at times.

I totally disagree with ya pull... Floyds handspeed is going to be a lot more faster IMO...Mosley looked slower than Cotto for sure in that fight... 5 years ago, i'll say they are even at handspeed.... not today, no way, no how!
