At least Hatton sounds like he wants to face the top guys...I think he still needs to beat another top fighter before we start singing his praises too loudly...he looked good against Tszyu but there is the chance that Tszyu got old that night...I would like to see Hatton fight Judah....I think he has the stuff to beat Judah but that would be a truly tough fight for Hatton (as would Mayweather)...hopefully these fights can come off if the promoters play straight (unlikely) and the networks can work something out (probably also unlikely)...but Hatton-Corrales will be a great match as well....he does need to fight off his turf to truly prove himself...and I'm a Hatton fan

      hmm

So from the list at the start of this thread... there's no doubt that Hatton is the BIG BOY in this division!

P.S... Witter may have "once fought Judah in 2001'" but that doesn't make him a great fighter!
Well he's the best for now, by beating Tszyu, but that doesn't mean he's the "bigboy". His resume still ain't all that. I agree, it doesn't make Witter a great fighter...but beating Tszyu doesn't make Hatton great either. Not yet. It knocks him up the ladder a good bit, but that win alone doesn't cement his greatness. Not that I expect Hatton to do anything but fulfill that. He probably can...depends on Mayweather. They have to fight.

Yep. One win don't cut it, even if its against a great.
