Hatton deserves full credit for what he did.

However, he needs a few more defining fights before he can be considered to have achieved greatness.

The other evening he simply proved beyond doubt that he is certainly world class. It was a test that he came through, proving many people wrong - fans and pundits alike.

He has also now earned himself the right to test himself further against some of these other guys.

It would not now come as a total shock if he goes onto beat them aswell - providing us with some memorable and enjoyable fights along the way.

He'll definitely beat Corrales - I don't believe Diego has the punch resistance to take on Hatton. He'd provide Ricky with a few problems but as soon as Ricky bores in some of his trademark rib breakers Corrales will fold.

There's possibly no better body puncher in the world at the moment and definitely not one in the light welter division.

Cotto is just as lethal when it comes to his body attack. I've watched him since his fight with Jukko and he doesn't go to the body quite as often as Hatton, but his punches to the body are much harder and sharper. He fights much like a classic mexican fighter in the way that he goes body-head with incredible efficiency.

Jose Luis Castillo is also a better body puncher than Hatton and Cotto....for your information.

He can stay in England and have the English crowds full respect and if thats all he wants then thats cool. But until he comes over here and draws a line in the sand he's never going to be fully respected here. You, your fellow blokes on this site, and others are always going to have to deal with bitching and Ricky being undermined because he doesn't come over here and beat our champions on our stage.
