    I disagree.

They are all very good at it...but Castillo makes a living off of it. He, and other great mexican fighters like him make their rep and name off of their excellent body attacks. I don't think theres any arguing with that but agree to disagree I guess.

I'll tell you what though...I doubt any opponents that Hatton has faced have had to be carried around because their bodies hurt so bad that they couldn't walk.

Martin .... you've named the six top guys at 140.

Except for Hatton and Zoo, none have faced each other. They might have beat the same guys, but only Hatton and Zoo stand-out as two top tier guys who have faced off.

So, until the remaining top guys start getting-it-on, Hatton is top dog.

You, your fellow blokes on this site, and others are always going to have to deal with bitching and Ricky being undermined because he doesn't come over here and beat our champions on our stage.
But what if All "your champions" come to him?... They want to make money... This is prize fighting! Ricky can sell out a 70,000 seater stadium at 2:00a.m. for U.S. TV networks.

There's a HELL of a lot more money in that than there is in a hotel in Vegas...

And the Champs, Corrales etc already wanna come to England to fight him for that reason.

The fact is in a fight with Hatton it is financially better for both fighters to go to England. I mean, not only will Ricky make more in England then he will in the states, but because he has such a fanatical fanbase over there the guy who is fighting him will probably make more as well! And guys realize this, that is why Kostya fought there, and that is why Diego seems willing to fight there. Hatton is the champ, he should have every right to defend his title on his home soil and I actually think it would be kind of cool to see this for fighters in other countries! I mean can you even imagine a Morales/Pacquiao rematch in Tijiuana? It would be madness! (in a good way)

M.E.N is 22,000 sell out... But the millenium stadium (Cardiff, Wales) is 75,000!

And with Calzaghe vs Lacy on the same bill as Hatton vs Corrales... It'll sell very quickly!

if those two fights alone were on the same card i would pay $10000000000000000000000000 to watch that on PPV! that would be an action packed card

Would be a GREAT night for British Boxing because I'm confident, they'd both win!

I'd bet you that Lacy would beat Cally....I think Hatton would eat up Corrales late though.
