Manny is the easiest to hit elite fighter in the game. He's right there. You never have to look for him which is why he didnt wanna see Marquez again. Now if you think Marquez, Cotto and Clottey had an easy time hitting him what do you thing Floyd will do? Floyd will humiliate Manny.

The scores in the Mayweather/Judah fight were 119-109, 117-111, 116-112. You must be talking about the Judah-Cotto fight when you say Judah won the first four rounds because he damn sure didn't do it against Mayweather.Comment

Was that sarcasm Reed?
Yeah, for the guys who only know how to come forward.Comment

Understandable line of thinking but my point here is only to say that many (both fans and opponents) make the mistake of pigeon hole-ing Shane because of his age to their detriment. He is today, at his present age, an elite fighter.Comment

No doubt I agree but I also picked Shane to stopped Margacheato. I've been a Shane fan since the beginning it's just that Floyd is on another level. There's the Elite and the Super Elite and Floyd is that.Comment

I know you've repeated the same line in a thousand different threads, that wasn't a retirement that was a prolonged vacation AKA "big bad Larry Merchant told me I was boring and people left the building (Baldomir) and made me cry at the podium, so I'm taking my ball and going home...exclamation sad face".Last edited by switchsouthpaw; 04-13-2010, 04:47 PM.Comment

Then he comes back and fights the number 2 and 3 P4P guys that the so-called #1 didn't have the balls to fight. I wonder if you were 30 yrs old, super rich and highly accomplished would you be motivated to keep fighting or to kick back and enjoy life? Floyd came back for his love of boxing and to smash Pacroid and aint nothing wrong with cashing in huge while doing it.Comment

Which one of those guys were actual welterweights? Aside from making Marquez hurdle two weight classes, who is the other guy you're referring to post "retirement"?Then he comes back and fights the number 2 and 3 P4P guys that the so-called #1 didn't have the balls to fight. By the way we're talking about weight classes, not P4P lists, if that's the case why not fight one of the Klitschko brothers, they are on the list too.Last edited by switchsouthpaw; 04-13-2010, 05:17 PM.Comment

Well if you wanna get technical none of them are welters. I think all of them can make 140. Well Shane and PBF but according to Manny and his team he's really 135lbs. Did he make Marquez or did Marquez try to out do Manny? Only a hater would try to diminish what Floyd is doing right now. He's fighting guys Manny wouldnt fight.Comment
