      I am leaning towards yes.

Maybe or maybe not, depends on how the fight plays out. But fans always want to know "what have you done for me lately" so I think more emphasis will be put on a win over Mosley.

I agree. Corralles was knocking out everybody with no regard.

That's very true, I was just having a little fun with it. (In the back of my head though I always wonder is that why Margarito was so eager to fight Floyd? Who knows). But honestly Margarito is too flat-footed and he is there to be hit so I think a fight with Floyd is a bad match up for Margarito.

Yup. And it's not like Margarito was the type to duck and dodge. Of course he wanted the big money fight. He deserved it. He had been the longest reigning champ in the division and hadn't lost a fight at welter in 10 years...when he was 18!

Now all off a sudden these wins means nothing. Thats boxing scene for you.

you gotta understand the context of the situation.

everyone wanted floyd to fight margarito or cotto, but floyd wouldn't for whatever reason.

so when floyd decides to fight judah, whom baldomir already beat, people had to ask floyd why fight judah instead of baldomir.

and at the time hatton was calling floyd out so people asked floyd about it.

but honestly, we all know baldomir was the weakest title holder and unified champ ever at WW. judah is a born loser and hatton is a fat slob.

when you compare these fights against the fights margo, cotto, and mosley took at WW, you should come to the realization that they are subpar.

bottomline: floyd's WW resume is very weak. that's not to say he's not a great talent or that he's not in the top 5 WW right now, but his resume at WW isn't elite. fighting mosley is a good first step to prove himself at WW.

that's like saying pac is an ATG jr WW... but pac only had one fight at jr WW, so how can anyone make a good case for it?
