Manny Pacquiao Vs Prince Naseem Ahmed at 126 ??

No disrespect bro, but that video is a lot of acrobatics and ring entrances, then showing him do that sloppy lunge punch that could only ever be effective against a tomato can.
I like Naseem, don't get me wrong, I bought all his fights because he was very entertaining, but when he fights a good fighter, this is what happens.
Barrera ended his career. Naz knew he'd have to rematch Barrera (which he said he wanted immediately after the fight), and eventually have to face Morales, which he wanted no part of, which is why he opted for Marco, as he saw him as an easier fight than Erik.
Barrera isn't the same style as Pacquiao. Because Barrera played into Pacquiao's style, doesn't mean Hamed's style plays into Pacquiao's.
I don't front with the Barrera taking his heart. Because quite frankly, once he wasn't on top of the world. He wasn't wanting to fight.
Style wise, which is pretty much all you can do in fantasy fights. Pacquiao at 126... sloppy slugger with no fundamentals, one hand, and great power will play right into Hamed's style.Comment

There isn't anybody out there like Hamed. If you want to be a serious contender, you can't have that kind of style and expect to beat the best competition, which is why Hamed was exposed by the first great fighter he faced.
However, Pacquiao has faced BETTER fighters than Hamed. He hasn't faced anybody that fights with their arms down, then lunges forward in an attempt to end the fight with one punch.
He didn't land a single one of those on Barrera, because Barrera is a great fighter. Don't expect him to catch Manny with one either.
Hamed had a terribly unorthodox style, and his defense was pitiful. He did however have a ton of natural ability which was what carried him - namely his superhuman reflexes and his ability to dodge punches and not take hits without even using his gloves to block them.
I just don't see him beating the best fighters from the 126lb class. Barrera, Morales, or Pac.Comment

No you *******. Over-aggressive, no fundemental style vs Slick but aggressive style. I'm going for the guy who is hard to hit everytime against an over-aggressive, sloppy guy.
Your just a *******. To you Pacquiao beats Camacho, Arguello, Duran, SRL, Hearns, Ali, SRR, BHop. Your opinion is worth as much as a *****, pretty much.Comment

Who has Pac fought that was anything like Hamed? All Im saying is Pac was much more vulnerable at 126 than he appears to be now. He never fought anybody with Naseems speed, power or angles. If he catches him, sure he could put Hamed down. But I think it works both ways in this fight. Styles make fights and Hamed showed he could ruble with fighters who wanted to come at him and wing punches. Hamed Achilles heel was Barrera, who boxed and counter punched him. Pac has never been that kind of fighter at 126. To say Hamed would have no chance is just ludicrous.Who did Hamed fight that was like Pacquiao that makes you believe this? Pacquiao is a little more refined than he was but at 126 he was still an amazing fight and Hamed was far from being on his level.
Hamed was entertaining to watch and had his strong points, but fighting an in and out fighter with tremendous speed and power wasn't something he ever had to do.
Hamed has never shown that he could compete with Pacquiao. However, Pacquiao has proven that he can fight the best and win convincingly.Comment
