As a Naz fan I agree that Pac most likely would win, but remember that Pac was a brawler then and lost to Morales aswell.
Now Naz at the Barerra fight was not even training properly and looked hideous in sparring.
Go on youtube and watch Little prince big fight or whatever. 1 hour Docu on Naz and how arrogant he became.
ANyway if Pac was to try and brawl with Naz, he would get clocked. Naz had real 1 punch KO power and in his prime was real fast.
People don't even realise that he had hand issues throughout his career. His speed slowed down and he just kept trying for the KO shots.
Pac would win, but Naz in his prime would give Pac a hell of a fight. Then again I also feel that Pac is ctually in his prime now more than then, even though he was a very good fighter at 126, he has more skill and two hands now
Like Pac, come forward fighters make his best attributes come into play, and that was power and speed
