He was the cash cow in the lower weight classes and HBO put alot of money behind him. He was suppose to fight Morales, Tapia, Kovacs, Marquez and others but after his American debut against Barrera, he lost his love for boxing and faded into oblivion. He then got into legal troubles, and almost went to prison for a long time for it.

    He disappointing a lot of people because just when all the stars started to move into 126, Hamed became unmotivated and eventually retired.
    Let me put it to you plain & simple why he lost everything after the MAB fight;

    He was mentally emasculated by Barerra.

    Its the very exact thing that Floyd Mayweather Jr. deeply fears.

        Naz was the hardest ever puncher at 126, awkward style and great speed; in his prime he did best against aggressive come-forward fighters; pacquiao was not as technically skilled at 126, he was more of an aggressive slugger; Naz would have caught him on the chin with one of his vintage corkscrew uppercuts while pacquiao was charging in; Naz by TKO early!

          Pince had the power, atleteicism, speed, and reflexes to beat Pac possibly be decision. Pac though had the power, speed, will, determination to KO Hamed at 126. As a FW I rank Hamed higher than Pac but if I had to bet on this fight. I would bet on Pac. Even though he was raw and just one handed fighter at the time. He was still amazing, and Hamen was not a defensive wizard he could get tag. And, I don't see how he would stay away from Pac for 12 whole rounds.

            I love Prince, miss him greatly, but this is a non-fight - PAC destroys Nas

                At 126, Nas would have a punchers chance. Pac wasnt the machine he is now at 126. 70/30 in Pac's favour, but the punchers chance is a real one.

                  pac is a better puncher, better brawler with better speed than hamed.

                  hamed's speed was easily neutralized by mab. pac speed was too much for mab.

                    Id go with Pac, but at 126 id say its a very close fight...maybe even a pick 'em fight. Pac was abit more vunerable than he his today, and Hamed's one punch KO power always gives him a chance. Id go with a Pac win though.

                      Is this suppose to be some kind of joke?

                      Hamed wins.

                      The hell.
