& every fighter is different. floyd wasnt a heavy natural puncher like a tommy hearns, roberto duran, or manny pacquiao. he has brittle hands that have been broken.
if you look at duran, hearns, & pacquiao, they have always been heavy handed in all the weight class they have ventured to. almost every division pac has been in he has scored heavy kos & tkos.
from 112 to 147 & all the divisions in between he has scored tkos, kos, & knockdowns.
Pure punchers are born not made. Pac is one. tommy is one. Duran is one. Ray Leonard is one. Ray Robinson is one.
Floyd is not one.Comment

BINGO!!!!!Right but that is cuz at 140 he is fighting bigger opponents who take the punches better. So meaning with the extra weight will he be able to hit harder.
Is like Edwin Valero at 140 or 147 will still KO 130 or 135 fighters. However, would he carry his power enough to KO 140 or 147 fighters?
Which is why Floyd doesnt hit as hard anymore.Comment

DLT, I also don't think you lose power, I just think when you go up in weight the bigger guys can take the punch better.
Tito was dynamic with both his fist at 147. At 160 not so much but that is cuz he was fighting bigger guys. Now him moving to 160 didn't lose power it just the bigger guys took the punches better. However, if Tito was 160 and fighting WWs. His dynamics power in both hands will still show.Comment
