I'm struggling to figure out ANY sort of positive that Manny gets by his vocal stance against this sort of testing (remember, this guy is suing over his reputation,so he "must be concerned" about it,eh?)

    That's the key for me.

Some people have already painted a dark cloud over his career, and it's just going to get more out of hand after May 1st(Assuming Mayweather does win his fight).

He isn't...that's why the NSAC would still penalize them...would still test them regardless of any additional stipulations.

Now lets say I was offered a higher paying job that required a general test. I would do it. If they then told me I would have to give invasive tests randomly, again I would refuse.

To me much of this **** comes down to being dictated to. I am the type of person who likes to be in control of my life. I dictate my life and the direction I go and I refuse to let others dictate to me.

So manny does the required thing. He does it as it is not invasive for him. Random tests just may be too invasive for his liking.
Thats all good and very understandable but...

You gotta remember though, Pacquiao agreed to random urine testing. So that there kills the whole dictating stuff.

Very true, Pacquiao's stance is a lose-lose. This is a step that a lot of sports are taking, don't understand the strong stance against it, by Pacquiao or anyone else.

IF u clean then take the test. Manny ain't taking the test so most people are only led to believe that he is guilty of PED use.

The only people who have problems with drug tst are drug users! Manny is a juicer...that's the ony logical explanation.

Fair enough. Using your logic neither did Floyd. Back to square one?

The fight fell apart over Floyds request. He requested something out of the norm and was unwilling to fight otherwise.

This fight falling apart has nothing to do with either fighter being scared of the other. It has to do with 2 massive egos who were unwilling budge so that a great fight could be made.
