Maybe he did not realize at first they were going to be random. Maybe his team said to him "NO way don;t let that ***** dictate to you" Maybe he simply looked in after thought and said "hey wait a minute, no way am I going to be told what to do"
Who knows. It is all guessing, but it does not imply guilt
What's the message? Oh wait...it must be "I don't want strict randomized blood testing...or is it "now that there is doubt over my integrity,I should put up a wall of resistance when it comes to OST"???
I'm struggling to figure out ANY sort of positive that Manny gets by his vocal stance against this sort of testing (remember, this guy is suing over his reputation,so he "must be concerned" about it,eh?)
It is absolutely NO different and Floyd should have turned down Pacs request at the overweight penalty if the fight had fell apart at that point all blame would be placed at Pacs feet.
So who do you blame for the fight falling apart? Seeing as how Manny agreed to Floyd's request?
Ive already agreed he 100% does. Im not a Pac fan or Mayweather fan, but I enjoy watching them both. I have no interest in who's right or wrong I just feel in this instance its Floyd.

But he wanted the fight to get made, so he agreed. I mean if he never intended to fight Manny, the weight demand would have been a great time to back out of the fight.
