1. Pacquiao
2. Mayweather
3. Mosley

mosley is not the lineal champ, there is no lineal champ in the welterweight...to be lineal, you have to win all the major belts...that wouldve been against berto and the other against pacq...win those belts then he is the lineal king of the welterweight...

THE RING has pacquiao #1, mosley #2...you dont put anyone ahead of the P4P KING in a division that pac is in...that dont make sense

mosley had a hard time against mayorga, lost to cotto, and beat a flat footed margarito...while pac had an easy time, basically schooling delahoya, hatton, cotto, and clottey

i like mosley, but i dont like the fact that he struggled against mayorga and lost to cotto...thats not the kind of result that comes from a #1 ranked welterweight
