I have heard him say similar things in multiple interviews about the testing. I have heard him say different in an interview in tagalog yet I already knew what he meant when he was talking in english.

One more time for the slow, Manny decided to renege on his original agreement then kept rewriting what he initially agreed to until he had created a gap big enough to make even the head of the USADA cringe.
