one more time for the slow kids, was Manny willing to take tests that are stricter than what the NSAC currently has under their rules? Do they require blood testing 24 days prior to the fight or maybe something less than that?

One more time for the slow, Manny decided to renege on his original agreement then kept rewriting what he initially agreed to until he had created a gap big enough to make even the head of the USADA cringe. His minions think it's ok because it's stricter than the NSAC testing but the real 800lb gorilla...what they REALLY want to avoid...is the fact that thoughout it all, Manny and his team continually lied and contradicted themselves.
