I criticize his inactivity. Back when RJJ was ruling the LHW division, he fought anybody that was thrown at him, he didn't care. Granted the LHW division was weak back then, but the point is he was active, he didn't duck anybody.

As for the whole Hopkins fiasco. Hopkins has admitted hundreds of times that he doesn't want to fight Dawson, and can you blame him? I would love to see Hopkins vs Dawson but after after like two years nothing has come out of it, and Dawson still calls him out, that's pathetic.

I agree with you about his inactivity, he should fight more often, but no way he's cherry picking, I really think Pascal is very game and the best fight available for him at the moment because let's be real, Cloud might be another Lacy, he hasn't fought anybody at least Pascal beat Diaconux2 and fought a competitive fight against Froch. About Hopkins you're right, he should forget about him.

Bro he signed to fight Diaconu, He was suppose to fight Diaconu in 2007. Diaconu was the one who pulled out of the fight with a hand injury. And, Dawson fought Mendoza as a replacement.

Do not confuse me to those European fans, I'm not even European, and I hate Diaconu. Under the WBC rules (and it was a purse bid), they were obliged to fight in Romania in the summer of 2008. He threw away his WBC title just to fight Tarver.

Dawson is too inactive and he would do anything HBO tells hims to do. That tells me he badly wants to be a star. He still has a lot to prove and not being active is hurting his status.

It's already been explained that he made more money with Tarver not to mention he was the bigger name which would do a lot more for his career. Plus I'm pretty sure this is the fight Showtime wanted and I think he was under contract with them at the time.
