I'm pretty sure the plan will be to box may.Cause like many people on these thread's people are SLEEPING ON MOSLEY BOXING ABILTY.They will soon find out that mosley can box.Oh and punch output will be another key to winning this fight. For the first 3or4 round's i see a boxing match with shane getting the better of it(that's right i said it lol). The middle round's May will make adjustment's meaning shan will lose like the next three rd's.This is were ****m will have to show what his real plan is.If there is no other plan moses will lose. But if there is which i think it will be.I think plan b is goin to be make floyd excahnge moses is going to start to get closer usein his jab to get inside and pound may on the inside. This is were we will see the old may which was a force or may on his back.To me with moses it's all about can May keep a good space between him and moses. My bet is he can't.I see shane taking this fight cause of his not so perfect rec.He has been in tough alot.Alot of elite fighters. While Mayweather was in tough with alot of world class fighter's I just feel moses was in tougher. This will play a part in this fight cause if you think May is just goin to simply outbox shane nah man it's not goin like that.before this night is over it will be GUT check time for Mayweather.
I'm doing well my potna, I hope all is fine with you as well. Thanks for the response mayne. To answer your question; I WISH I was a trainer(I love boxing that much). But unfortunately I am not. I pay very close attention to boxers and their styles and to the sport of Boxing in general.
Brother Naz needs to have 4 seperate game plans IMHO, because of how well Floyd adapts. I agree with Shane possibly controlling the 1st 4 rounds, but thats not going to be enough.
You right some do forget about Mosley's jab, but there is a reason fo that I think; and thats because he often abandons it. I am going to review both Mosley's and Floyd's previous bouts because when I am talking boxing with ya'll I am going off of memory(things that I remember seeing from the fights when I watched them or revisited them months after they have happened). Your plan sounds like a good one for Shane. As far as Shane being in tough IDK so much if it's that or more of Shane making things harder than they had to be. There i no way Shane should have had the problems he had with Mayorga. Mayorga just came off win over and overweight under trained Fernando Vargas, and before that He was lumped up and discarded by the same ODH that Shane scuffed up about 3 years earlier. So unless ****m has worked with Shane in the stamina department(and we dont know that yet, but I imagine that he has, the man works miracles), plan B,C,and D(if they decide to plan that way)will be out the window; and Shane's mexican boxing roots will show ie. he will operate in a swarming manner(not good...means that punches are coming too wide from him). But I do see where you was goin with it potna.

Not to mention the biggest payday of his life @ age 39. What Mosley needs to do is forget about Margarito and prepare to bring extemely disciplined aggression to the ring.

Eddie Futch who taught Freddie Roach everything he knows wasn't the most articulate dude on the block either but he was a mentor to Freddie and many more great champions.

Floyd would've thoroughly exposed Margarito. It would've been a very easy fight for Floyd because he's not into the hype. He does what he has to to get the win and he would've broken his hands on Margarito's head trust me. Very easy fight for Floyd. Clottey had a very easy time with Margarito for 5 rounds what do you think Floyd would've one to him. I heard from a very reliable source that the reason the PBF/Marg fight didn't come off is because Floyd wanted a 2 fight deal with Cotto coming after Margarito and Bob Arum turned it down. That makes more sense to me than anything I've ever heard.Last edited by Sugar Q; 03-06-2010, 04:47 PM.

To say that Mosley is going to knock Mayweather out or Mayweather is going to outbox Mosley is pure speculation.
The highlights are all nice and fun to watch but they were not fighting each other. Neither fighter has faced another fighter with the skill and style that they will encounter come May 1. Also take into consideration that the highlights are when these 2 were younger. Age does play a factor in how they will fight. No boxer fights the same as time wears on. All great boxers adjust as they age especially elite ones. Hopkins, Toney, etc all used their boxing acumen more as they got older more than relying on their speed and power. This should be a good fight.
