There's 12 rounds in boxing not 3. So get out of here with these lame arguments!! Oh and by the way Floyd has the best stamina in boxing he's never tired. Manny is always huffing and puffing. And shane gassed out against Cotto. Nuff said.
You do realize that Manny throws far more punches than Mayweather does. Floyd fights at a very measured pace. A time will come when he's going to fight an opponent that's going to make him work. It is then you'll see him huffing and puffing. The man is a great athlete not GOD.

That's why Mosley had a big edge in power punches at the end of the fight. But I have to give Cotto credit for keeping Mosley at bay sometimes with a good jab I guess. But it aint like Cotto made Mosley looked like a bum like the Cottards and *****s on here want you to believe.

I think that the slickest boxer that Mosley absolutely dominated was Collazo. I mean he fought a perfect fight that night. I look more into that win than I do with the one over Margarito even though it will have been three years ago by the time Floyd and Shane fight.

Roach is actually on to something bu he is also letting us know that he is already looking past the Clottey fight. Roach has studied Floyd and Shane repeatedly to see where he can find an opening for Manny. He is all but saying he thinks Shane will loose this fight based on what he sees in both fighter's arsenal. It should be a very competitive fight but Manny also has his hands full with Clottey.

People seem to forget that while cotto was fighting a disciplined fight, mosley was still able to land bombs on him. Going into the fight, very few people, myself included, thought that cotto would've been able to take those type of punches for 12 rounds (particularly with miguel's supposed chin problems.) If Mosley can hit u consistently with his best punches, he will press for the ko. Cotto took advantage of that by jabbing and counter punching.

Mosley's strategy in the collazo fight was different. He knew that collazo had a pretty good defense. So decided to fight a more tactical fight relying less on power punches. If he had employed this strategy in his fight with cotto he would've been more successful.

this is true and I expect to see both the mosley that was in with collazo and margacheato boxing first and then a more rugged grinding clinching and sluging more towards the second half of the fight

I thought Cotto troubled him with his timing. Cotto couldn't beat slow ass Margarito to the punch I don't think it was handspeed.

yeah, and if Mosley couldnt beat Cotto in 2007, how the hell will he beat Mayweather in 2010?

i think a lot of ppl are gonna be suprised in this fight. while i admit shane is a good fighter, there is no way he's faster than may. all he has is his pressure and everytime i think about it, anytime a fighter's pressured may, they've played right into his hands and he exposed them with his defense and counters. i cant see mosely getting past tht.

I know people hate Mayweather and are crossing their fingers every time Mayweather gets in the ring. But Mosley beating Mayweather it just isn't gonna happen. This is possibly the greatest boxer of all time. Now we have to wait until his career is officially over before we start comparing imo. I hate it when guys are in the middle of their careers being compared to all time greats. So i'm not gonna do that. But get over your hatred for Mayweather and really think. Do you really think Mosley or Pacman has a chance against Mayweather? I mean if Mosley was so sure of himself he would of fought Mayweather years ago when Mayweather called him out. Not just when he wants to make a pay day. And if Pacquiao was so sure of himself then he would of gave a lil blood and got in the ring. Mayweather P4P you'll see.
Since you write that Mayweather is posssibly, "the greatest boxer of all time, this is enough to show that you know little or nothing really, about boxing, and the past great warriors.

Mayweather has nice footwork, and a nice sneaky right hand. In this he is neither unusual nor unique, many past and some present fighters have the same attributes. And they are not "possibly the greatest of all time".

It's really one of the silliest things I've read for a long time.
