The best thing about Tito was that he threw straight shots and short hooks not a lot of wasted motion. Textbook throwing punches from the shoulders. But Tito wasn't the best at timing and he wasn't slow but he wasn't fast. Without timing you need great speed and Tito didn't have that. Plus Tito didn't have a variety of ways he could fight or a big combination punch arsenal. Tito threw combos but it always the same punch combos he didn't mix and match.

was it just me or did Cotto imitate Oscars "back peddling" when he fought Manny?

The Tito that fought Oscar was drained as hell. Furthermore, I can't imagine Floyd fighting Tito like Oscar did because that's ******. And Oscar paid the price in the latter rounds - when he went from moving a whole lot to just running. He had to. Floyd doesn't fight that way and wouldn't fight that way.

Second, how can you say Floyd would do what Oscar did and then say he'd do what Winky did? That's two totally different styles of fighting. I mean, as different as different can be. Which one is it?

Anyway, Floyd would give Tito hell, hell, hell. That said, a prime Tito was an underrated boxer with dynamite in both fists. And was relentless. I think asking Floyd to beat him at 147 may be a little too much, to be honest. Pound for pound, Money May takes it handily but here is a case where size matters. Hard for me to pick right now.
