Never underestimate Toney. Boxing knowledge is the best weapon against the Klitschkos' style, and they don't want to risk getting exposed by a technical master and veteran like Toney.

Sorry, but that's crap. They would fight Toney if there was something to gain from it, but Toney hasn't looked good in so long that beating him will only get them criticism from the likes of you, from the same people who say they want the fight. Like, "Vitali beat up a shot old punchdrunk Toney, so what?" I can hear it now.

The last time I was truly impressed by James Toney was when he fought Evander Holyfield. That was around 7 years ago.

I for one would LOVE to see Vitali vs. Toney. Vitali just fought four younger men - Toney is close to Vitali's age.

Silliest post in the thread. Toney is just as shot as Roy Jones is, and Jones looked better against Ruiz than Toney did, without the aid of steroids. Do you also want Vitali to fight Roy?

Solis is a much better fight, or Boystov, or Tony Thompson.

None of those are close to Povetkin in terms of credibility. Chagaev would also be more credible than any of those three. And Povetkin and Chagaev are both available now.
