Tell u what tho Chunk i met Benn at my local nightclub when he was DJing there and he told me he was glad the fight never happened as Jones woulda ****ed him up, true story. Ofcourse this was before Roy was getting hiss ass handed to him by guys like Tarver

I would take it with a pinch of salt, Benn like Eubank goes out of their way to talk very highly of other fighters now. I remeber Benn saying that Calzaghe could of beat anyone at SMW as well.

On another note Benn was finished after the McClellan fight, so he did have a point.

And Roy ducked none of those guys they did not bring the right money to the table for the risk this is a business fellows.I am pissed as a fan sometimes over his selection of fights but the guy did beat a prime Toney who beat a prime nunn and beat Hopkins who went on to be the middleweight king for 20 plus defences.

Nah i just said to him i was a big fan of them both and its a pitty it never happened then he said what he said. He was a cool guy, open book really wish id asked more questions but i was pissed and just happy to meet the guy!
