dont act like manny ducked the test 10years ago.

Because Manny would fight him at 154lbs, right?

        Manny fought a dehydrated fossil.

Twist what? There's nothing to get twisted, there are facts and then there is ******ation. 147 lbs is a legit weight class, not a catch-weight. Nobody "forced" poor Oscar to come down to 147 pounds, it was Oscar's idea you dumb bastard. Know how you can tell it was Oscar's idea? Because there are simple and plain facts that back it up. You ignored them or were too dumb to absorb them, pick your poison.

Oscar lost to Floyd at 154. His idea for 2008 was to build up him challenging Floyd for Floyd's welterweight title in September of 2008. He then signed on to fight Steve Forbes at 150, which for the non-******s out there, is a legit catch-weight. This was in preparation of Oscar getting himself back down to 147 en route (that means "on the way to," for the ******s out there) to his challenge against Floyd that September. Again, this was Oscar's idea, nobody forced him to do ****.

He beats Forbes and Floyd retires, leaving Oscar without a big name opponent for his year-end fight. GBP offered the fight to Pacquiao at 147, and the fight was made. All of these details obviously flew over your head because, again, your brain is obviously tiny or malfunctioned to a severe degree. That's alright, there's nothing really "wrong" without being as dumb as you are, but could you please do so in a quiet manner? Grown up's are trying to talk about boxing.

Lucky Luciano, I'll accept your view that Oscar-Pac can be seen as a welterweight and catchweight fight at the same time. Why *******s are having such a hard time with the concept is beyond me.

It was a weight class but given the circumstances of the fight. It was a ctahc weight.

154 and 135. They found a weight somewhere in between. It was a "catch" weight.

I know that. What I meant was the context of the thread is suggesting this was a "weight drain" by Pac which ain't true.
