That's my opinion of him too. But it backfires on him. The fighter that he ducked for 10 yrs (whoho thats long period) Become his opponent now.

The same fighter who wanted nothing to do with Floyd in 1999 and 2006, but he's close to retiring and wants the biggest payday of his career. Are you talking about the same guy who had a toothache and stopped him from fighting Money May?

SSM and Floyd avoided each other for 10 years. Stop saying Floyd ducked SSM because both fighters avoided each other for 10 years.

Its clear PBF ducked Pac for whatever reason.
If he wanted Pac all he had to do was not ask for OTT drug tests. But he wants the tests more than he wants Pac that is clear to see.

Pac has everything PBF wants so PBF needs to stop being all high and mighty. To get where Pac is he needs Pac. And he wont get what Pac has got by ducking him

The amount is only ridiculous if PBF is planing to come over the weight limit to take advantage like he did with JMM. There is no indication that he is struggling to reach the WW limit. His random blood test is not required in professional boxing he never requested these up until now.

LOL , you say all Floyd had to do was not ask for a guarantee that Pac is clean from PEDS while he fights him , your mentality is pure fanboy in the front lobe and hater in the rear cortex , how the *** are you gunna see reality in anything LOL , FLOYD HAS EVERY RIGHT IN THE WORLD TO ASK FOR THIS TEST , PAC HAD AN OBLIGATION TO SHOW THE WORLD HE IS CLEAN , PAC FAILED AND RAN OUT ON THIS FIGHT !

Floyd's dilemma is whether to take on Pac (after being ****** up by Shane), make mega millions but perhaps lose his zero, or just avoid Pac altogether.

Floyd currently will be remembered because of his zero losses, but once he loses that, he won't have much of a legacy to brag about.

It is not surprising that Floyd will continue to set up the obstacles to avoid a Pac fight in the future.
If Pacquiao was easy work he wouldn't demand extra blood testing from the Floyd commission nor would he even try to escape a 30 million + paycheck.

The only thing right about your conclusion is the fact that conclusion means the end or done..and you are surely done.

Bottom line is Floyd has NO RIGHT to ask for such a test. He is not the boxing commission and doesn't make the rules. While I think he would beat Pac, Floyd has shown a true lack of confidence from the "I'll whoop his ass" bravado he showed immediately after Cotto-Pac.

Youve got to be kidding me , in world sport Peds is about winning , with fighters its catapults to a higher level because in the end it boils down to a fighters safety ,,,,, if you think thats a non event I will tell you if a fighter killed another in the ring and was then tested and found positive to PEDS I would bet my life he is charged with murder worst case and manslaughter at its best case ,,, Floyd dont have a right , god dam that is one of the most ridicules statements made on the board , you need to broaden your scope as to what the world thinks about PEDS .
